I journal a lot. Sometimes things get heavy, and I can spiral into a negative mindset.

Late 2023 was a challenging time for me, full of spiritual formation and faith-building. I had a pretty rough week, which included a negative shame spiral in my journal.

I just so happened to pick up my Bible and read through all of the Psalms I had underlined...and it was like a balm to my soul. It totally chilled me out and grounded me in God's Truth.

Later that week, I was praying with a mentor of mine, and he prayed that God would give me "margin in my life...room to operate freely and in faith". I asked the Lord to show me my next steps, and the immediate visualization I got was of a book.

All of the elements combined in my head that evening, and Truth Journals was born.

I needed a journal that had encouraging words from God in the margins, so that if I ever got off track while journaling, all I had to do was glance over and be reminded of God's Truth and His love for me.

I started collecting verses of Scripture that felt like "loves notes" from God. His steadfast love "extends to the heavens", so the Bible is full of these amazing proofs of God's incredible love.

I made this journal for me, to make sure I was never more than a page away from God's love, but I know a few of you were interested in getting one when I told you about it, so I'm making a few available here.
